This is a static website build. No analytics, advertising pixels, marketing trackers, account system, online payment functionality, or automated credit-decision system is implemented. Final hosting, server logging, and any future backend integration must be reflected here before publication.

General privacy inquiries concerning this website may be directed to ALBIS HiTec Leasing GmbH at info@albis-leasing.live. This address is not described as a Data Protection Officer contact because no such designation was supplied.
2. Website hosting and server logs
The final hosting provider and production server configuration have not been supplied for this build. A production Privacy Policy should identify the actual hosting arrangement and explain any server log processing, including categories of technical data, purposes, legal basis, recipients, and retention periods where applicable.

4. Inquiry form
In this website build, the inquiry form does not send data to a website server and does not store form content. After validation, the browser prepares an email addressed to info@albis-leasing.live using the visitor’s configured email application. The visitor can review the email before sending it. Once an email is sent, its processing is governed by the relevant email systems and the applicable data-protection requirements.
The form requests only business inquiry information: company name, contact person, business email, phone, industry, asset type, estimated investment amount, and message. It does not request passwords, online banking credentials, PIN codes, credit card information, or unnecessary identity documents.

Operators who wish to avoid external image requests should self-host appropriately licensed image files before launch and update this policy accordingly.
7. Analytics, marketing, embedded media, and other external services
No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, HubSpot, Hotjar, Mailchimp, Google Maps, YouTube, CRM integration, advertising service, or other tracking technology is implemented in this build.

This static website itself does not retain inquiry-form content. Retention periods for emails, server logs, and production systems depend on the technologies and internal processes actually used after deployment and must be documented before publication.
